Scheduling is conducted during February and March for the following school year. Once the student has submitted his/her schedule, it is considered final. Since teaching assignments and class loads are established by April 15, adjustments will be made in a student’s schedule only if a serious problem arises. Requests for a schedule change must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all schedule changes. Schedule changes should be submitted to Mrs. Michelle Carosella in the Ursuline Main Office. A signed course change form must also be submitted for the change to be considered. The form can be downloaded below. All students must have six classes on their schedule each semester, regardless of the number of courses needed for graduation.
