Join us for a Mini Retreat Day for Women. This morning (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) is perfect for those women who feel rushed, need a respite from their hectic lives and who wish to grow in their faith during the Lenten season. A continental breakfast will start the day followed by keynote speaker, Dr. Helen Lamb Lafferty (’65), the interim President at Youngstown State University. A session on the Mind, Body, Breath connection will be followed by praying with art, and women’s spirituality through the lens of Saint Angela Merici (the foundress of the Ursuline Sisters and patroness of Ursuline High School). Open to alumni, friends and upperclassmen (11th & 12th graders).
