The profit generated from fundraising efforts is necessary to maintain a balanced budget. Providing necessary educational resources, access to technology, extensive arts and athletic programs, and the other components of a quality academic program make private education an expensive endeavor. The actual cost of educating one student at Ursuline High School is $10,200, but the tuition charged is much less. Considering that 75% of our students receive some financial assistance, every student is receiving a $10,200 education for substantially less. The difference between the actual cost and the tuition charged must come from fundraising such as the Annual Auction, the Alumni Annual Appeal and the Shamrock Raffle.
