If a student wishes to change his/her schedule, please complete the Schedule Change Request form by visiting this site. Students are to follow their original schedule until they receive confirmation that the schedule change has been made. Per the Ursuline High School Student Handbook, a $25 schedule change fee will be charged. If a scheduling error occurred, the fee will be waived. Please contact Mrs. Carosella if you believe an error has been made. Please mail or drop off the fee to complete the schedule change process.
