The 2019-2020 school year is Ursuline’s 115th year and 100th anniversary on the Wick Avenue property. The Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown founded our school in 1905 based on the charisms of their founder, Saint Angela Merici. While the property may a look a bit different and each student now carries a Chromebook, the legacy of the Ursuline Sisters lives on in each of the students at Ursuline High School. Daily religion class, an emphasis on Saint Angela’s charisms of hospitality and resilience, academic excellence, service to others, and a dedicated, supportive teaching staff remain hallmarks of Ursuline High School. A special welcome is extended to the 127 members of the Class of 2023. Listed are a few of the exciting updates for the 2019-2020 school year –
