Summer School 2020 - Ursuline High School

Due to the uncertainty that Ursuline would be permitted to conduct a summer session during June or July as has been done in the past, we are offering the following educational alternatives provided by the Virtual Learning Academy through the Mahoning County Educational Service Center.  The online courses will begin June 8 and the course should be completed by August 18.

If you need an additional registration form, please contact the Ursuline Office at 330-744-4563.  The deadline for registration is May 11.

Courses Offered

Physical Education – 1/4 credit – $135
PE Course Overview

American Government – 1/2 credit – $135

Music Appreciation – 1/2 credit – $135

Art History – 1/2 credit – $135

If a parents has already paid the full amount for summer school and the student is not taking the online alternative, Ursuline will credit the student’s tuition account.  Similarly, if payment was already submitted for a course that the student will be taking, but the online fee is less than the paid amount (PE and Art), the difference in cost will be credited to the student’s tuition account.  In either case, please note the amount credited on the 2020-2021 tuition worksheet.

Students who have signed up for the summer school course during course registration, but will not be taking the online alternative will need to make a schedule change with Mrs. Kakavros (uhsguidance@youngstowndiocese.org) or Mr. Sammartino (ursulinehigh@younstowndiocese.org)
