Ursuline High School has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence and is proud to announce 100% pass rates on the Advanced Placement (AP) Biology, Chemistry, Drawing, Research, Seminar and Spanish Exams taken in May 2021.   Ursuline’s overall pass rate on all Advanced Placement tests taken is 91%.

Ursuline students achieved over 90% pass rates in AP Computer Science and Psychology.  Advanced Placement Calculus, English Literature, Physics and United States Government pass rates exceeded the Ohio and Global pass rates by significant margins.  Ursuline students scored above the global mean score in each subject area’s test.

Ursuline’s pass rate of 91% far exceeds the national average pass rate of 62% and the global pass rate of 54%.  Ursuline High School offers 16 AP courses taught at Ursuline, 8 AP courses online & College Credit Plus courses.

Furthermore, 18 students were named Advanced Placement Scholars.  Luke Martinucci (’21) earned the prestigious AP Diploma.  To receive the AP Diploma, a student must earn a score of 3 or higher in both AP Research and AP Seminar, and on 4 additional AP exams of their choosing.  20% of the Class of 2021 were named AP Scholars.
