RSVP Events

Class of 2028 Scholarship & Placement Test

Date: Saturday, March 9
Location: Ursuline Cafeteria (use Wick Ave. cafeteria entrance – ramp)

 

All eighth grade students who are seeking admission to Ursuline High School for the 2024-2025 school year are required to take the Usuline Scholarship and Placement Exam.  The test will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude around 12:00 p.m.   The test includes 6 sections, quantatative, verbal, reading, math, English, and science.   The test will not be given at the diocesan elementary schools.  Dress is casual.  Students are asked to bring several, sharpened number 2 pencils (no mechanical pencils) and a bottle of water.  A light lunch will be provided at the mid-way point of the test.

Students who attend a Catholic elementary school and have received an acceptance letter may sign up for an appointment.

7th Grade Day

Class of 2029

Date: Thursday, March 7, 2024 (new date as of 11/8)
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

 

Learn about the complete Ursuline experience! Students will take part in a dissection with the Ursuline Science Department, tour the building, participate in sessions with The World Languages and Religious Education Departments, and learn about our many extracurricular activities. A pasta lunch is provided.  Students may pack their lunch if they prefer.  Dress for the day is casual.  If your child attends a school in the Diocese of Youngstown he/she will register with their school.  Please do not complete this form.

5th and 6th Grade Day

Date: Friday, April 12
Time: 8:45 a.m. – 1:35 p.m.

 

Permission Slip – Please print and bring on April 12.

If your child attends a Catholic elementary school, he/she will select classes at school and the school will issue a permission slip.  This permission slip is for students who do not attend a Catholic elementary school.
