Back to School Pickup

Thursday, August 8

3pm – 7pm

1. Pick up your Chromebook.

2. Pick up your school shirts.  The Irish Cottage will be open for shopping.

3. Have your photo taken for your school ID.  Please wear your polo shirt and men should be clean shaven.

4. Pick up your schedule for the 2024-2025 school year.

5. Return your handbook acceptance form and emergency medical form.  Seniors also need to provide meningitis vaccine documentation.

Prospective Family Night

Thursday, October 17

6:00 p.m.

Families of 7th and 8th graders are invitated to a special family information night on October 17 at 6pm.  Ursuline’s administrative team will present an overview of the Ursuline experience and information about our spiritual, academic, and extracurricular programing before leading tours of the building.  Following the tour, several of Ursuline’s extracurricular advisors and coaches will be available to speak with prospective families about their programs.

 

Ursuline Scholarship and Placement Test

Saturday, November 16 and December 14

8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Ursuline will administer the Ursuline Scholarship and Placement Test on November 16 and December 9 from 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  There is no charge for the test.  Students are asked to bring several, sharpened #2 pencils (mechanical pencils are not accepted) and water.  A light lunch will be provided.  All students seeking admission to Ursuline High School are required to take the test.  Students are encouraged to take the November or December test dates in order to apply by the first application deadline, February 7, 2025.
