The Seanachie: Literary Magazine

The Seanachie staff creates a school literary magazine comprised of student writings (poetry, plays, short stories, speeches, etc.) and art (paintings, drawings, photography, etc.).

Members of the staff are responsible for soliciting entries, reading and viewing all potential entries, making editorial choices, and engaging in all technical aspects of creating a magazine.

As a member of the Seanachie staff, you will gain experience in all aspects of creating the literary magazine including editing and layout. Students of all classes are welcome to join the staff. Even if you do not want to be a staff member, you are invited to submit your writing and/or art work. We would welcome members who already have some computer expertise, artistic ability, and good judgment.

We accept submissions until the end of the first semester, when we begin planning this year's magazine.
